Nadjia Anderson, MSN, RN, Doctoral Candidate, is a nurse educator and NCLEX tutor who has been helping nursing students succeed since 2007. Her experience includes serving as a Dean of Nursing, Director of Nursing Education, Program Chair, and classroom and clinical faculty across multiple colleges.

Nadjia created RN PN Tutors to teach students how to think through NCLEX questions—not simply memorize more content. Her teaching focuses on clinical judgment, prioritization, delegation, recognizing what is expected vs. unexpected, and identifying the safest nursing action.
